Such a wonderful experience! Looking forward to the next time I get to dine in here. We arrived slightly before they opened and they opened the door so we did not have to wait outside. We were seated right away. Ordered a few courses, they did not stack the food as they brought it, they waited for us to finish each dish. Tried all of the gluten-free dumpling options, Pork wasabi, shrimp shumai, and crab dumpling. Also had a beef hot pot. DELICIOUS! All of the food was very fresh. And the server was extremely friendly, and did not rush us at all.
Feel good soul food! The vegetable ramen soup & dumplings were excellent. Would highly recommended. My favorite restaurant in Huntington village
Quiet atmosphere. Kimchi dumpling was 10/10. Service was sweet and happy
Sadly this place did not meet our expectations. We ordered four different dumplings, which were recommend to us (the French onion, mushroom risotto, chicken teriyaki and spinach and artichoke). They were okay, but honestly not all that. Extremely over priced and still left hungry.
Hidden gym of huntington, such a large menu, the best are fried chilies, spicy dumplings, litchi martini. And hotpot. One of my favorite spot to go.
This is a great spot for a date night out and I'll be so happy to return again. The food was so good we finished it before I remembered to take pictures! There's a huge selection of dumplings - they are half moon shaped and served on a shallow dish with dipping sauce. We got the beef curry dumpling and artichoke spinach dumpling. Flavors were delicate and perfectly balanced, it tasted freshly made. We also got a seaweed salad, and a special sushi roll. I was most impressed by the dumplings, but everything was delicious. For dessert, also dumplings - poached pears in wine dumplings. Flavor and texture again was just right, not too sweet, and somehow both crispy/caramelized with soft dough. I would come back just for dessert and drinks too!
The name may sound Japanese but it is not. If you google search this place most websites listed this as Japanese or sushi restaurant. They do NOT serve sushi here. They have over 60 different overpriced dumplings on their menu with good alcohol selections. It's definitely interesting and some dumplings are very creative but nothing special. If you never been here before make sure you check their menu and pictures online before you go.
Love Ichiz!!! Interesting & delicious food & drinks, several different creative dumplings, extensive menu, modern decor and lively music. Great service. One of my favorite restaurants in Huntington. There's a back entrance and patio too to the parking lot. Great date spot or a nice place to even go solo.
